The concept of ICF Virtual Education was originally developed in May 2000 by the "Virtual Community" to serve ICF members that did not have easy access to a local ICF Chapter. Today, the ICF Virtual Education sessions not only serve these members, but they also serve any ICF member who would like to obtain learning and networking opportunities in addition to what their local ICF Chapter offers. The ICF Virtual Education serves its community of member coaches through regular meetings by telephone bridgeline. These meetings offer ICF coaches personal and practice development through presentations by guest speakers. ICF members attending these meetings are eligible for Continuing Coaching Education Units (CCEU).
As Virtual Education calls are open to all ICF members, they serve and connect coaches all across the globe. The various programs also provide (CCEU) which are important for any coach seeking to attain or renew an ICF coaching credential.
Currently, any coach who is not an ICF member is invited to attend the ICF Virtual Education meetings as a guest up to six times; at which time, they are invited to apply for ICF membership.
We look forward to meeting you on one of our calls soon!
