Lene Rønning-Arnesen is 47 years old and lives in Oslo.
Lene Rønning-Arnesen is a leader whose physical presence and emotional strength impress at first meeting. These traits find balance in her warmth and genuineness. Her humour opens hearts. She leads with insight, experience and compassion, and brings out the best in everyone around her. Lene's power is palpable. She profoundly holds what is possible for herself and others.
Lene is formally educated as a teacher, having her university educaton in pedagogy from The University of Oslo. She received her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael California, and completed a year of Leadership training from the same institute. She is also a graduate from The Systems and Organisational Traning Progam from CTI.She has been the CEO of various Norwegian organizations, representing midwives, physical therapists, teachers and local school authorities. She also has experience as a local politician in Norway. Lene is now the President of International Coach Fedration in Norway. She is a part of the leader team in the Canadian Leadership program Courage to Act and the European Leadership program Go For IT
Lene's coaching/consulting practice supports company, organization and individual efforts to identify and achieve goals. Dedicated to making people's lives more fulfilled, she believes that everyone has the possibility to live the life they want; it is a matter of finding it, loving it and living it. Lene works with Human Factors As in Norway.
