John Annesley, PCC
John is a leadership development and performance management coach providing services to private and public sector executives, leaders and their teams in areas such as building and enhancing leadership capability, team performance and development, managing organisational change/transition and strategic thinking and influencing. In September 2007 he commenced a senior management role within a state government agency to develop and implement a system-wide internal coaching framework to improve organisational performance, particularly in respect of managing knowledge/technical skills transfer.
He has been a member of the ICF since 2001 and has served the coaching profession in a number roles, including the ICF Brisbane Chapter Management Committee (2003-4), the ICF (Australasia) Professional Standards Committee as Advisor to Australian & New Zealand based coach training schools on coach training and accreditation matters (2003 – 2007), and most recently as the Chair, Business Coaching Issues Sub Committee for the ICF’s 2007 Conference Education Committee.
John is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Inspyr Pty Ltd and founder/CEO of Australian Training Development Services Pty Ltd. He has held senior management positions at Commonwealth (Australian Federal Police) and State government levels (Office of Training & Further Education) where his managerial roles focused on developing and driving leadership performance and organisational development/change management projects.
He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a certified NLP Practitioner, Associate Fellow - Australian Institute of Management, Certified Professional - Australian Human Resource Institute, a specialist corporate negotiation and influencing strategist and coach with ENS International, Justice of the Peace (QLD) and a licensed Whole Brain Thinking Practitioner. He holds a B.Ed, Dip.Ag.Sci and Dip.Tech.Teaching and well as having completed numerous professional development programs covering Coaching, Designing and Documenting ISO Quality Management Systems, Workplace Training and Assessment.
